Building on his senior involvement in major projects such as Melbourne’s CityLink and the $1 billion dollar New Quay precinct in Docklands, Ashley founded Evolve Development in 2003 to focus on projects that open up new property potentials.
Ashley is a strong advocate for the development industry, including time as President of UDIA Victoria's Board of Directors. Ashley was previously a long standing member of the Property Council of Australia (Victoria) Planning and Infill Committee.
